• If you're writing a plugin, read the page in the manual about creating plugins. If you're doing a hack and it would be possible to make it a plugin instead, then do so.
• Create a web page or blog post with a detailed presentation of your plugin or hack.
• Give clear, step-by-step instructions on how to implement it.
• If there are files to download, provide links on your page, and check to make sure they work.
• Test your plugin or hack and note which versions it works with.
• Finally, fill out the form below, including a brief description of what your modification does.
• The final decision of whether a skin will be displayed is up to the b2evolution dev team.
