Welcome to the plugin directory. This site is part of the b2evolution project, a feature-rich, open source blog engine. The plugin directory exists to catalogue the plugins and hacks that have been created to extend b2evolution.
Name: Dailybooth
Author: Lee Turner
Description: Dailybooth is a place to document and share your life with others. Get real time updates on what your friends and family are doing every day.
This plugin allows you to embed your latest Dailybooth picture on your blog with an optional link back to your Dailybooth page.
Name: Google FriendConnect
Author: Phillip Marlow
Description: This widget allows you to put a Google FriendConnect members widget in b2evolution. People can join your site and see who else has joined.
Name: Yet another Google Analytics plugin
Author: Chris Nicola
Description: Both of the available GA plugins appear to be broken and there is no sign they will be fixed any time soon.
The most commonly used one does not appear to work in 3.2.0 beta at all. The other one (d51) doesn't work at all unless you first rename the file and even then is missing the quotations around the GA user ID number in the script so it will appear to work but you will get no statistics.
This plug-in is a fix to the d51 plugin code and it should work with all 2.x and 3.x versions of b2evo without trouble. Please let me know if you find a problem. I will also consider feature requests, time permitting.
Original credit for the code goes to Travis Swicegood (http://www.travisswicegood.com/index.php/2008/01/26/google-analytics-plugin-for-b2evolution)

Name: Post Snap
Author: EdB
Description: This grabs the feed from your commenter's website and puts a little bit at the end of their comment that says "Recently (date) someone wrote 'blog post' at 'website'. Check it out!".
As always, there's a handful of settings you get to tweak to make it work for how you want it to work, and it'll work just fine if you leave them at their default values.
Please don't comment here as no one monitors this space. In the forums or on my blog works much better :)
Name: DewPlayer
Author: Jip
Description: This very small plugin lets you insert the DewPlayer into your post provinding you the ability to play mp3 audio content. It's based on the video plug shipped with B2Evolution. I made this plugin because i didn't find any other clean way to insert audio elements to my posts, and because I never tried to make a plugin before and it seemed fun ;-)
Name: Videoplug Plus
Author: EdB
Description: This plugin is NOT something new. It is an upgrade of the 'official' videoplug plugin. What I did was got it to embed videos from 11 different sources and put in an admin panel that lets "the admin" say which sources are allowed or not on the toolbar. You also get to set a parameter that causes the videos to scale to match your skin.
Something not so easy is that lots of sources must use the "embed" code due to how that's the only way to get the video's width and height parameter.
Videos embedded with the real version of videoplug will still work - as long as you have that source enabled on your plugins settings page.

Name: Auto Forum
Author: EdB
Description: Basically this plugin acts like a pinger to automagically create a phpbb2 forum post about your blog entry. The forum post will have the blogger's preferred name in the subject, and the permalinked title in the message. Pretty slick eh?
The hardest part will be figuring out the server path to your forums. After that the rest is fairly easy.
Enjoy!
Name: Killer Bees (aka blogger avatars)
Author: EdB
Description: I guess I could have called this "YAAP" because it is Yet Another Avatar Plugin, but hey what's in a name right?
This plugin is a knockoff of AstonishMe's AM Custom Profile plugin. What it does is allow your bloggers to upload an avatar and create a signature block. The admin has to allow "user directories" for it to work, then each post by the blogger will show their avatar and signature block.
Mostly good for multi-user blogs?
