This plugin or hack is no longer needed as the functionality it provides has been integrated directly into the b2evolution core or into another (bundled) plugin.
This is a HACK and not a properly written plugin. We strongly discourage using this. This page is only kept here for reference.
Bundled plugin: If you're using a b2evolution version that supports this plugin, it is already in your plugins folder. There is no need to download it. If it is not installed yet, simply click "Install new" in your plugin list.
No longer necessary because the functionality has been integrated into the b2evolution's core.
Allow readers to put emoticons in their comments.
