This plugin or hack is no longer needed as the functionality it provides has been integrated directly into the b2evolution core or into another (bundled) plugin.
I know how you feel! You get tired of clicking the little linky button every time you want to link to the same old site you always link to. You *wish* there was an automatic way to tell this thing "just link BillyBob to the URL I always link BillyBob to", and now there is!
