This plugin is no longer necessary for most users because similar functionality has been integrated into b2evolution's core.

The Generic ping plugin can be used to add a generic RPC ping service to your blog.

The Gallery2 plugin allows including photos from your Gallery2 installation in your posts using the Gallery2 Image Chooser and syncing of users and session info with Gallery2.

This plugin is freely available but is supported only through PRO Support.

The LDAP plugin provides authentication by querying one or more LDAP servers.

When b2evolution’s login form is submitted, the plugin will intercept the login request to query the LDAP servers instead of querying b2evolution’s internal user table.

The plugin can do the following:

• Verify the password
• Create the user in the internal user table, with first name and last name.
• Download and assign the user profile picture
• Create and/or assign the main group for the user
• Create and/or assign secondary groups for the user
• Create and/or assign organization memberships for the user

The Ping-O-Matic plugin sends a ping http://pingomatic.com/ after you publish a post. Ping-O-Matic is a service that updates different search engines letting them know that your blog has been updated.
