The idea is to allow a visitor to subscribe to comments on only one post. That way they can follow the comments on what they're into instead of comments across your entire blog. Oh I built this on rss2 but you can probably do all flavors if you're into it.
The Database Optimizer Plug-in is a b2evolution renderer plug-in intended to optimize all your b2evolution database tables. This may speed up your blogs display a bit, especially on very high volume blogs.
b2evolution allows you to edit the Custom skin in the backoffice by going to the Template tag. This hack creates a sub-tab for each of your skins so you can edit them all in the backoffice rather than having to download, edit and upload files (or use shell access).
This hack offers two ways to moderate comments. First, and easiest, is to require registration before someone can leave a comment. Second, and more complex, is to make the comment be a 'draft' until the post author publishes it. I tested both methods, but not as completely as I like to. If you use it and run into a snag post your problem in the forums and hopefully we can work it out.
