Peter jack, You click the title of the post so “Avatars Plugin” (just like any other plugin), then go to Page 2. Which step did you have trouble with? For step 1 that is controlled by the b2evo team and I could nag them to make it better, or for step 2 that is controlled by me, so I can just make any improvements myself :)

Great work! But I think would be so much better if users could set their avatar in the user profile page instead of having to go into the admin area.

This plugin causes problems with IE. “Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site” Warning message is displayed and page WILL NOT LOAD! I lost 40% of my visitors because of this problem. I didn’t notice until analyzing my stats and noticing IE views quit viewing after I installed this plugin. I use FF so i didn’t see the effect. I recommend you not use this on any public site until it is updated!
